Shipping policy

Please allow 2-3 days after your order is placed for processing. These are handmade products and to ensure quality we prepare them once the order is placed.(this does not include shampoo or conditioner which is ready to ship) If you choose Ground Shipping please be aware that your order may take longer than usual to reach you, this is not due to JaiJolieJrue & is considered a carrier issue & you should reach out to your local carrier to resolve. Once the carrier has your package it is not in our control how long it will take to get to you we highly recommend choosing Priority Mail at check out the delivery time is much faster and accurate.
